Elise Humphreys' passion for financial planning began early—at just eight years old—when she joined her mom, Liz Murphy, for “Take Our Daughters to Work Day.” That day, she crafted her first financial plan, complete with yellow “Sign Here” stickers and her name proudly listed as “Broker.” That childhood spark evolved into a true calling. Elise got first-hand experience to the financial services industry by working in the branch during high school.
After Liz completed an extensive search for a professional who could bring both complementary skills and shared values to the firm, Elise officially joined Evolve Wealth. Her strong business sense, deep integrity, and personal commitment to long-term financial planning made her the clear choice.
Elise’s career path included a decade at Nike, where she developed her strengths in relationship-building, leadership, and strategic thinking. In 2019, after attending the Raymond James Women’s Symposium, she was inspired to make a career shift. Her long-standing desire to become a financial advisor and to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives led her to relocate back to Ashland and begin her journey at Evolve Wealth.
Elise is a graduate of the University of Oregon, where she studied Journalism and minored in Business Administration. She is married to Justin, also a proud Duck, and they are raising two daughters, Charlotte and Jane. Elise is passionate about teaching her girls the value of money, including goal-based saving and charitable giving.
Active in her community, Elise serves as a Neighborhood Coordinator for the Ashland Food Project and is a member of the Ashland School District Enrollment Committee.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys attending group fitness classes, exploring local parks and trails with her family, and cheering on University of Oregon athletics. She also treasures quieter moments spent reading in a cozy café or baking banana muffins with her daughters.
